Delivery Terms


We pride ourselves in quality service and excellent response time. Any and all EKLIPES™ products on this website can only be purchased with a Credit Card such as Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We process and promptly ship all in stock orders within 24 to 48 hours during the business hours of 8:00am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day after we have received your payment and confirm your shipping information. All orders ship from our warehouse in Roseville, California.

With regards to a possible out of stock item we apologize in advance for any inconvenience for this but if you really would like this item chance are we will have it back in stock very soon.  As such if you would like to receive email notifications from us letting you know when we replenish our stock, please contact us at Sales@EKLIPES.com and leave your email address and we will keep you posted on any changes in status.

Warranties:  All our EKLIPES™ Products have a 3 Year unlimited defect warranty which we are proud to offer and stand behind.  If for any reason, you have a defective product and want to return it  please feel free to call us at 1-916-786-7601 and visit our Product Returns section and fill out and submit your claim, once we receive your return request you will be notified via e-mail with our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please pack the contents carefully to avoid any/further damage, return product with invoice & RMA number or just give us a call at 1(916) 786-7601 with your detailed contact information and let us know and then mail it back and we will issue a refund or send out a replacement.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1(916)786-7601. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the package, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

 

Note: Please retain a copy of your invoice for your records.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
